Localization Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the planning and implementation of various localization initiatives, encompassing software, marketing, and multimedia across international markets.

• Take ownership of project quality, schedules, and budgets while proactively managing risks and maintaining effective communication.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding project-related issues, ensuring transparency and trust at every interaction.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, linguists, publishers, and others, to provide cohesive localization experiences.

• Generate project estimates, allocate resources effectively, and establish success metrics aligned with client objectives.

• Deliver timely and clear status updates and insights that facilitate informed decision-making.

• Partner with sales and solutions teams to define the scope and budget for new opportunities.

• Ensure all administrative tasks related to project delivery are executed with accuracy.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing localization projects within a dynamic global setting.

• Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military background.

• Communicate confidently across diverse cultures and excel in a client-facing capacity.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing intricate workflows while adapting to changing priorities.

• Maintain a solutions-focused approach and proactively tackle challenges.

• Be technologically adept and familiar with tools such as Microsoft Project and various project management platforms.
