Localization Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of various localization initiatives, encompassing software, marketing, and multimedia across international markets.

• Take responsibility for project quality, timelines, and financial aspects while actively managing risks and maintaining effective communication.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding project-related concerns, fostering transparency and trust throughout the process.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, linguists, publishers, and others, to provide seamless localization solutions.

• Generate project estimates, assign resources, and establish success metrics aligned with client objectives.

• Deliver clear and timely status updates and insights that facilitate informed decision-making.

• Work alongside sales and solutions teams to define and cost new project opportunities.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing localization projects within a dynamic, global setting.

• Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience.

• Communicate effectively across diverse cultures and excel in a client-facing environment.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing complex workflows while adapting to changing priorities.

• Adopt a solutions-focused approach and proactively tackle challenges as they arise.

• Comfortable with technology and familiar with tools such as Microsoft Project and various project management platforms.
