Localization Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and daily coordination activities.

• Maintain and refresh project databases to ensure accurate records across various systems.

• Create and distribute clear guidelines and reference materials for linguists.

• Promptly address and escalate inquiries from internal teams and external partners.

• Monitor progress and proactively identify risks or delays to keep projects on track.

• Collaborate across teams and time zones to facilitate smooth communication among linguists, engineers, and vendors.

• Utilize TMS and project management tools to initiate and oversee translation requests.

• Depending on qualifications, independently manage basic localization projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 1 year of experience in coordinating projects within a fast-paced, global setting.

• Hold a bachelor's degree or possess equivalent professional or military experience.

• Communicate effectively and confidently in English, both written and spoken.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

• Enjoy collaborating with teams across various time zones.

• Bring proficient computer skills (Google Workspace, MS Office) and a proactive approach.
