Local Trial Manager – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the operational and scientific oversight, setup, execution, and delivery of designated clinical trials at the local level.

• Contribute to the advancement of the pipeline through precise planning and effective execution of trials.

• Conduct monitoring visits as necessary.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the broader trial team.

• Responsible for the overall success and completion of assigned clinical trials in accordance with defined milestones and key performance indicators.

• Ensure that the trial is conducted in adherence to GCP-ICH and local/global regulations.

• Develop, manage, and review the trial budget, and provide timely budget updates based on trial modifications.

• Conduct trial-specific training for both internal and external partners.

• Plan and coordinate the operational feasibility of trial timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent clinical trial management experience.

• Preferred experience in managing oncology studies.

• Experience in managing outsourced trials or CRO Management Vendor Management experience.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capable of multi-tasking with limited supervision and exercising personal initiative.

• A degree in M.S/M.A/Ph.D or B.A/B.S/nursing is mandatory.
