Local Study Associate Director – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Directs Local Study Team(s) at the country level

• Holds overall accountability for study commitments and data delivery

• Oversees the site selection process

• Manages and coordinates monitoring activities

• Formulates and assesses risk management plans

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Development Operations (CRA, SrCRA) or related fields

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams

• Exceptional project management abilities

• Strong organizational skills

• Proficient in both written and spoken English

• Fluency in local language(s) is mandatory
