This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Participate in the WFG company culture that prioritizes engagement through our 4 Cs, delivering quality work and achieving high performance.
• Perform daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation and coordination of departmental activities.
• Collaborate with the local sales team and marketing to develop and oversee campaigns.
• Create content for emails, flyers, and social media, working closely with internal stakeholders, the creative team, and vendors.
• Assist the marketing team in organizing projects and provide local sales teams with the necessary tools, materials, and presentations.
• Gather data and generate monthly marketing reports.
• Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with relevant statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
• Help organize promotional events, webinars, and both traditional and digital campaigns.
• Write and post content online on the company's website and social media platforms.
• Directly communicate with agents as required.
• Manage and respond to incoming email inquiries.
• Process divisional invoices.
• Handle account management tasks (adding/removing users) for third-party products and services.
• Demonstrated experience as a marketing assistant.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Basic copywriting skills.
• Strong time management skills, capable of working under tight deadlines and coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with employees, partners, and customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Ability to quickly adapt, multitask, and retain information pertinent to the business domain.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Highly detail-oriented to effectively manage multiple event calendars and projects.
• Strong project management and collaboration capabilities.
• A critical thinker who pays attention to detail while also understanding the broader perspective.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with Adobe software is a plus.
