Local Market Project Manager – Fixed Term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify and articulate project scope and objectives across various countries and clients, collaborating with leadership to achieve financial goals.

• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks effectively.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation as necessary.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality results, on schedule and within budget.

• Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.

• Capable of managing and communicating program outcomes through various channels to keep all participants and stakeholders engaged and informed.

• Strong emphasis on client and employee adoption, collaborating closely with Account Management to create dynamic deployment and optimization strategies.

• Foster strong partnerships and collaborations with Corporate Entity Management, Compliance, HR Services, Operations, and third-party vendors to ensure dependencies are identified and managed effectively.

• Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering business-critical projects by formulating suitable project and deployment plans, providing relevant analysis, and managing stakeholders effectively.

• Exceptional organizational, facilitation, and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Proven capability to analyze (financial) data and metrics to guide business decisions.

• Strong understanding of change management principles and the ability to influence outcomes within both formal and informal reporting frameworks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.

• Aptitude for analytical thinking and developing creative solutions.

• Confident decision-maker who thrives under pressure.

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Proficient in all aspects of project and program management.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet and well-versed in Excel, including formulas and dashboards.

• An assertive, persistent, and courageous work ethic.

• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and flourish in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

• Track record of effectively managing competing priorities and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced setting.

• International business experience is preferred.

• Strong expertise in program management, planning, and project execution.

• Comprehensive understanding of project management principles and delivery.
