This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Optimize site of care (SOC) opportunities in line with product labeling, strategic goals, and company policies.
• Implement established MBOs effectively.
• Provide a comprehensive overview of therapy and clinical procedures related to infusion for assigned SOC customers/partners; collaborate with the Medical Affairs team as required.
• Identify deficiencies within existing SOC networks and create strategies to broaden SOC options.
• Execute national partnership agreements at the local level.
• Formulate a business case to support contracts, ensuring execution and management for optimal outcomes.
• Deliver proactive and ongoing education related to access, including coding and billing, while conducting quarterly business reviews with SOC administrative leaders.
• Act as the primary liaison with sales, patient services, and reimbursement access functions for designated SOC customers/partners.
• Assess, develop, monitor, and evaluate partnerships/business plans within assigned customer/partner accounts to align with specified objectives (profit, growth, value).
• Create and present business reviews/presentations to customers/partners based on shared needs and benefits.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical industry is required.
• At least 2 years of experience with market access/site of care customer segments and reimbursement (commercial and government payers, billing/coding) involving infused products is essential.
• Direct experience in identifying and activating sites of care in various infusion service areas, including national and/or regional infusion service provider sites (e.g., SPPs, Infusion Management Companies) and individual buy-and-bill physician office practices.
• Capability to work independently and make decisions while understanding when supervisory input is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments, coupled with demonstrated integrity in the workplace.
• Encourages innovation in account management approaches and practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with the ability to identify issues within the context of broader policies and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills to meet date-sensitive deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Valid driver's license: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
