This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Serve as the primary contact between line of business (LOBs), operational support, and information technology.
• Analyze non-standard business and user requirements, document them, and address complex system issues.
• Coordinate the development and support of both new and existing applications.
• Function as a team leader for designated projects.
• Collaborate with the business unit to build a robust understanding of the business line.
• Oversee the definition, development, testing, implementation, and support of business requirements for new and existing systems.
• Identify, investigate, and evaluate production issues, create solutions, and manage resolution processes.
• Supervise enhancements to ensure productivity and efficiency are maintained.
• Responsible for delivering timely, honest, and constructive performance feedback to employees.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in project management.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or quality control.
• Ability to present to senior leadership on sensitive topics.
• Skilled in facilitating large group discussions to develop common solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects, working under pressure, and adjusting to sudden changes in the work environment.
• Proficient in Windows-based software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
