Loan Partner, Loan Officer Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Loan Officers throughout the complete loan lifecycle — from application to closing.

• Oversee communication with borrowers, maintain realtor partnerships, and manage coordination with third parties.

• Collect and verify documentation to ensure comprehensive and accurate loan packages.

• Monitor pipeline milestones — including approvals, appraisals, and closings — ensuring all deadlines are adhered to.

• Request and follow up on appraisals, verifications, and title services.

• Efficiently resolve conditions and deliver pristine, compliant files to Closing in a timely manner.

• Proactively identify potential issues before they escalate into last-minute emergencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential mortgage in a Loan Partner or LOA role.

• Experience with broker or correspondent models is preferred.

• Strong understanding of conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM mortgage products.

• Proficiency in Encompass is preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills with borrowers and referral partners, adopting a white-glove approach.

• Capability to self-manage effectively in a completely remote work environment without missing a beat.
