Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and secure prospective borrowers for bridge loans.

• Build and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial details from potential borrowers.

• Track and report on business development and sales activities.

• Conduct meetings with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in crafting and implementing business strategies through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans and maintaining a self-sourced pipeline of at least $3 million monthly.

• A well-established book of business is required.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.

• Authorization to work in the US is a must.
