Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Identify, nurture, and finalize agreements with potential bridge loan borrowers.

• Build and sustain robust business relationships with clients.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial details from prospective borrowers.

• Provide reports on business development and sales activities.

• Conduct meetings with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in the creation and execution of business strategies, including comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans, with a self-sourced pipeline of a minimum of $3 million monthly.

• A well-established book of business is essential.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills are required.
