Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and finalize opportunities with potential bridge loan borrowers.

• Build and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial details from prospective borrowers.

• Report on business development and sales activities.

• Engage with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in formulating and implementing business strategies through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans, with a self-sourced pipeline of at least $3 million monthly.

• A well-established book of business.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
