Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify, cultivate, and finalize agreements with potential bridge loan borrowers.

• Build and nurture strong business connections with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial details from prospective borrowers.

• Track and report on business development and sales activities.

• Engage with new and existing prospects through meetings.

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of business plans, supported by comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans, with a self-sourced pipeline of at least $3 million monthly.

• A well-established book of business is required.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
