Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and secure prospective bridge loan borrowers.

• Build and sustain strong business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial information from potential borrowers.

• Track and report on business development and sales activities.

• Meet with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in formulating and implementing business plans through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans.

• A self-sourced pipeline of at least $3 million per month is required.

• An established book of business is essential.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• High motivation and a proactive attitude to identify problems, propose solutions, build relationships, and navigate institutional decision-making.

• A collaborative mindset towards achieving work objectives.

• A team-oriented approach.

• Strong critical thinking skills concerning risk and the quality of originated assets.

• Capability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and meet set deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and maintain self-motivation with measurable outcomes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams.

• Must possess authorization to work in the US.
