Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and secure prospective bridge loan borrowers.

• Build and sustain strong business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial information from potential borrowers.

• Report on business development and sales activities.

• Engage with new and existing prospects.

• Assist in developing and implementing business plans through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans, with a self-sourced pipeline of $3 million or more per month.

• An established book of business is essential.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
