Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Identify, cultivate, and close deals with prospective bridge loan borrowers.

• Build and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial information from potential borrowers.

• Track and report on business development and sales activities.

• Meet with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in the development and execution of business plans, including comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans and a minimum self-sourced pipeline of $3 million per month.

• A well-established book of business.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.
