Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Identify, pursue, and finalize agreements with potential bridge loan borrowers.

• Build and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial information from prospective borrowers.

• Report on business development and sales activities.

• Meet with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in formulating and implementing business plans through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans and a self-sourced pipeline of $3 million or more monthly.

• A well-established book of business is required.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. is essential.
