Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and finalize agreements with potential bridge loan borrowers.

• Foster and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial details from prospective borrowers.

• Provide reports on business development and sales activities.

• Meet with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of business plans through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans, with a self-sourced monthly pipeline of at least $3 million.

• An established portfolio of business.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and fundamental computer skills.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
