Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and secure prospective bridge loan borrowers.

• Build and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial details from potential borrowers.

• Report on business development and sales activities.

• Meet with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in formulating and implementing business plans, including comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans.

• A minimum monthly self-sourced pipeline of $3 million.

• An established book of business is required.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• High levels of motivation and a proactive approach.

• A collaborative mindset and ability to work as a team player.

• Strong critical thinking skills regarding risk and the quality of originated assets.

• Capability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting established deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and achieve measurable outcomes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
