Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and secure prospective borrowers for bridge loans.

• Foster and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Collect all necessary documentation and financial information from potential borrowers.

• Document and report on business development and sales activities.

• Engage with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of business plans, including comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans and a self-sourced monthly pipeline of at least $3 million.

• An established book of business is required.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.
