Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and secure prospective bridge loan borrowers.

• Build and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial details from potential borrowers.

• Report on business development and sales activities.

• Meet with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in creating and implementing business plans through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans, with a self-sourced pipeline of at least $3 million monthly.

• An established book of business is required.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills is necessary.
