Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and secure prospective bridge loan borrowers.

• Foster and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial details from potential borrowers.

• Document business development and sales activities.

• Engage with new and existing prospects.

• Assist in the formulation and execution of business plans, including comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans.

• A minimum self-sourced pipeline of $3 million per month.

• An established book of business.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• A highly motivated and proactive mindset.

• A collaborative and team-oriented approach.

• Strong critical thinking skills related to risk and asset quality.

• Capability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams.

• Must have authorization to work in the US.
