This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities by fostering relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents.
• Regularly meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and leveraging lending opportunities.
• Negotiate and present attractive loan terms, crafting tailored solutions to address client requirements and facilitate deal closures.
• Establish and nurture a network of real estate investors and referral partners, including brokers and realtors, to ensure a consistent influx of high-quality leads.
• Employ data-driven insights and market trends to strategically focus on opportunities and enhance sales potential.
• Cultivate robust, long-term relationships with clients, promoting repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient movement from lead generation to loan closure.
• Regularly update the CRM system to accurately reflect the status of prospects, applications, and active clients.
• Track sales performance metrics and modify strategies to optimize results.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to guarantee smooth and timely loan processing.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and operations to effectively navigate challenges and meet client expectations.
• Represent Dunmor at trade shows, industry conferences, and other events to establish the company as a reputable brand in real estate financing.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently generate $3 million or more in monthly origination volume in areas such as fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, or short-term bridge financing.
• Proven history of providing customized solutions and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competent in analyzing financial data, structuring deals, and customizing loan terms to suit client needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with experience in CRM systems.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Previous or current experience with a direct competitor of Dunmor is highly preferred.
