This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute administrative responsibilities associated with loan files, such as data entry, document uploads, and system updates.
• Precisely update the Loan Operating System (LOS) and relevant tools to represent the current loan status, milestones, and necessary data fields.
• Oversee assigned work queues and tasks to guarantee timely completion within specified service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Index, label, and arrange documentation according to established standards and naming conventions.
• Ensure that loan records are complete, accurate, and consistently represented across internal systems.
• Perform checklist-driven tasks with a high degree of attention to detail and consistency.
• Identify any missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and flag items for review as per documented procedures.
• Achieve or surpass individual productivity, quality, and turnaround-time metrics.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures, job aids, and workflows without deviation.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data security standards.
• Utilize internal dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor progress and task completion.
• Adjust work pace as necessary to meet daily and monthly operational demands.
• Engage in required training to understand systems, processes, and performance expectations.
• Report system issues, exceptions, or task blockers to leadership as instructed.
• Carry out additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned to bolster loan operations.
• Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in managing sensitive information, including personal data, loan details, financial records, business information, and other proprietary materials.
• A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
• A working knowledge of mortgage loan documentation, document review, funding, and closing processes is necessary.
• Prior experience reviewing loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before funding is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a production or metrics-driven environment is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, is required.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS), workflow systems, and mortgage-related databases is preferred.
