Loan Coordinator – US Mortgage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Track Lead Notes received from the Loan Officer (LO).

• Monitor incoming "App Submitted" emails and configure the Encompass files to correspond with LO Lead Notes.

• Conduct a "File Set-up" review upon receiving the application and documents from the client.

• This includes ordering credit, organizing documents in Encompass, and correcting any obvious errors on the client application, among other tasks.

• Forward files to the Pre-Approval team once we have sufficient documentation for their review.

• Execute DU/LP runs and order appraisals as necessary (if no PIW/ACE).

• Provide the client needs list following the initial file review.

• Deliver the client needs list after the Preapproval team has completed their assessment.

• Acquire the correct Evidence of Insurance (EOI), Verification of Employment (VOE’s), and Homeowners Association (HOA) documents when requested by the LOA/Processor.

• Ensure the EOI and other documents are accurate at the time of funding to prevent any delays.

• Maintain a tracking system for all files on their desk, detailing outstanding items for each file to ensure that nothing is overlooked.

⛳️ Requirements

• MUST HAVE experience in US MORTGAGE.

• Experience with ordering out is required, and familiarity with Encompass is preferred.

• Proficient in using office applications.

• Strong communication skills.

• A positive personality.

• Experience in finance and accounting is an advantage.
