Loan Coordinator – Mortgage Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist borrowers throughout the documentation process by delivering clear communication, regular updates, and exceptional service via phone, email, and text.

• Examine and assess credit, income, and asset documentation to ensure adherence to internal guidelines and loan requirements.

• Determine additional documentation requirements, confirm conditions, evaluate applicable fees, and ensure file accuracy during the approval process.

• Work collaboratively with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Closers, and third-party vendors to guarantee that each loan progresses smoothly and complies with all quality standards.

• Timely issue compliance disclosures in accordance with required deadlines.

• Adapt to new processes, changing priorities, and opportunities to enhance both the customer and employee experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage operations.

• Experience managing a borrower pipeline.

• Proficient in processing loan files.

• Regularly communicate updates to customers, internal teams, or third-party partners.
