This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide customized recommendations and solutions that meet their requirements.
• Conduct training sessions and facilitate discussions on best practices with client groups, both in-person and online, to improve their knowledge and use of the Premier Core system.
• Assess processes and workflows to guarantee that deposit products fulfill client expectations and adhere to industry standards.
• Record all activities, challenges, and resolutions in a client-focused operational format, offering follow-up support and fostering strong client relationships.
• Relay customer feedback for product improvements and ensure appropriate follow-up by relevant teams.
• Replicate or simulate customer issues to effectively resolve user operational challenges.
• Work in conjunction with personnel from other departments to address problems or inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure proper resolution management.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Client Partners to oversee service delivery and product performance.
• Engage in continuous training to attain the level of technical expertise necessary for effectively tackling complex challenges.
• Actively participate in team initiatives to create training materials, client presentation strategies, and internal Advisory Services administrative processes.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to contribute to the overall success of the client advisory team.
• A preferred bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with Fiserv Premier applications, especially in Loan Accounting System, Collateral Accounting System, Customer Information File, Transaction Management system, Collateral, Tran Codes, Interest 3 method, Escrow, Premier Loan Specification, and substantial experience in loan operations, including analysis and profitability assessments of deposit accounts.
• 2-5 years of experience in banking operations and back-office functions, particularly related to deposits and account management.
• At least three years in client/customer service support roles; training experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel domestically 40% to 65% of the time.
• You must currently have valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this position.
