Loan Closer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for onboarding and transaction management.

• Conduct thorough due diligence, regulatory compliance, and procedural assessments.

• Request and evaluate lien searches, credit reports, insurance documents, tax information, and third-party reports.

• Prepare closing statements, oversee approvals, confirm wire instructions, and facilitate funding processes.

• Assist with post-closing asset management tasks, which include handling deposits, creating memos, and managing refunds.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, loan operations, or transaction management.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
