LMS Project Manager, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Learning Management Systems that support the sales and delivery of Customer Education services.

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of integrated solutions for external clients or enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Establish project scope, budget, organization, timeline, and staffing requirements.

• Lead project execution to achieve cost, quality, and schedule objectives.

• Recognize and communicate potential risks while managing stakeholder expectations.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal project teams.

• Track financial performance and ensure that solutions are provided within the allocated budget.

• Foster client relationships, coordinate teams and vendors, and guarantee compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience).

• Proficient in English and German; knowledge of French is an advantage.

• Extensive experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Strong grasp of IT concepts; a background in computer science is preferred.

• Generally requires 4+ years of pertinent professional experience.
