This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate training needs

• Set up and oversee the Learning module

• Develop and manage learning pathways

• Oversee certifications, qualifications, and compliance standards

• Integrate with human resources management systems and additional platform modules

• Assist in the advancement and ongoing enhancement of corporate learning processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in LMS / Learning Management System projects

• Proficiency in configuring and managing corporate learning solutions

• Experience with learning pathways, training initiatives, and certifications

• Proven ability to gather requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders

• Consultative, analytical, and solution-focused mindset

• Strong capability to contribute to implementation and support initiatives

• Proficient in English
