LMHCA or LCSWA – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• You will deliver evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students throughout North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families across the state.

• You will engage in weekly individual and group supervision, participate in case consultations, and assist in the development of clinical programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina (required — we are currently unable to hire candidates with other license types).

• Post-graduate clinical hours must already be accrued toward full licensure (required — this position is best suited for associates who are actively logging supervised hours, rather than candidates who are just starting their post-graduate journey).

• Experience or a strong interest in working with school-aged youth and their families.

• Comfort with telehealth and EHR systems.

• Availability Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM.
