📋 Description

• Collaborate with Litigation Technology Case Managers to create technological solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations.

• Support Litigation Technology Case Managers in the technical aspects of planning and managing litigation and discovery projects.

• Projects encompass, but are not limited to: database creation and upkeep, processing electronic discovery, data conversion and formatting, loading various data types into document databases, preparing data for review by the case team, addressing software issues, resolving data received from external sources and exports from internal databases, ensuring data integrity, updating project tracking logs, and adhering to established quality control standards and application usage.

• Utilize critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to devise cost-effective solutions for urgent matters.

• Occasional travel may be necessary.

• Conduct iPhone data extractions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A 2-year degree or equivalent work experience is required; a 4-year degree is preferred.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience is required, ideally within a professional services or legal setting.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Preferred technical experience in a law firm or litigation support service.

• Familiarity with office equipment such as high-speed scanners, copiers, and printers is preferred.

• Must demonstrate advanced skills in computer and database technologies.

• Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to follow up and follow through on tasks.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented, with a willingness to share information, objectives, and opportunities.

• Ability to be a proactive self-starter who comprehends the details within a broader context.

• Must be adaptable to respond promptly and positively to changing demands and opportunities; capable of working under tight deadlines and managing multiple detailed tasks.

• Flexibility in scheduling days and hours is essential.

• This role may require handling after-hours requests on an as-needed basis.

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide assistance to clients after standard business hours.

• Preferred technical knowledge and experience in software such as MS Office Suite/O365, Transcript Software, IPro Suite, Nuix, and Relativity.
