Litigation Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Support attorneys in preparing civil litigation cases for trial.

• Collaborate with clients to obtain discovery documents.

• Analyze discovery materials.

• Compose motions, discovery responses, and various legal documents.

• Draft and dispatch subpoenas.

• Organize independent medical examinations.

• Examine medical records and highlight key information.

• Assist in trial preparation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.

• Experience in insurance defense is advantageous.

• A paralegal certificate or an equivalent degree is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
