This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Support attorneys in preparing civil litigation cases for trial.

• Collaborate with clients to gather discovery documents.

• Analyze discovery materials.

• Compose motions, responses to discovery, and additional legal documents.

• Prepare and issue subpoenas.

• Organize independent medical examinations.

• Examine medical records and summarize key information.

• Assist in trial preparation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.

• Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred but not mandatory.

• Paralegal certificate or a related degree is advantageous but not essential.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
