Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Become a part of Foley & Mansfield’s litigation team based in Miami.

• Manage defense litigation cases, focusing on products liability and/or premises liability.

• Utilize legal knowledge, innovative solutions, and trial experience to serve corporations, small businesses, and individuals.

• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.

• Deliver exceptional verbal and written communication in litigation tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in defense litigation.

• Preference for candidates with experience in products liability and/or premises liability.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Must hold admission to practice law in Florida.

• Capability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and excel in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to collaborate in a team-focused environment.
