Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist the California division of a multi-state law firm specializing in real estate and creditors' rights.

• Oversee assigned cases with a solid understanding of civil procedure and applicable laws.

• Effectively leverage the firm's case management and reporting tools.

• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork in a collaborative environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• The applicant must be a licensed member in good standing with the California State Bar.

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ rights law.

• Proficiency in using case management and reporting software.

• A strong grounding in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation.

• Familiarity with Title & Lien Priority, Title Claims, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA.

• Court appearances and some travel may be necessary.

• A commitment to exceptional client service and proactive communication.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
