Litigation Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated legal documents, such as legal analyses, contracts, and simulated scenarios.

• Detect errors, omissions, and faulty reasoning.

• Create sample agreements, clauses, and explanations that showcase sound legal judgment.

• Articulate the rationale behind successful answers, highlight where they fall short, and suggest improvements.

• Assist in developing criteria for assessing legal accuracy, completeness, and practical applicability.

• Work collaboratively with specialists in a remote setting through multiple rounds of review and feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited US law school.

• Active admission to the US bar in good standing.

• Experience working at an AmLaw 100 firm or a comparable US law firm.

• Significant experience in one or more areas including litigation, M&A, private equity, capital markets, commercial contracts, data privacy, or cross-border transactions.

• Capability to convey complex legal reasoning in a clear and precise manner.

• Proficiency in analyzing arguments, identifying weaknesses, and enhancing them.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote, multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in creating review rubrics is advantageous.

• Prior experience with AI is not mandatory.
