Litigation Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Become part of a litigation team at a national law firm specializing in product liability defense.

• Oversee daily case development activities, including conducting depositions and engaging with clients.

• Manage essential discovery processes and prepare motions.

• Assist partners with strategic litigation planning and preparation for trials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent foreign degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the New York and/or New Jersey Bar.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation.

• Familiarity with current state and federal legal procedures.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
