This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct research and create prospect lists of relevant and authoritative websites, blogs, directories, review platforms, and industry publications for potential backlink and citation opportunities.
• Implement personalized outreach through email and social media to obtain backlinks, guest posts, citations, unlinked mentions, and listings in business directories.
• Oversee all essential citation sources (business directories, industry listings, review sites, aggregators) to guarantee consistent and accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone) and brand information.
• Identify opportunities for guest posting, resource pages, broken links, and digital PR that resonate with Wing Assistant's audience and content.
• Monitor outreach status, follow-ups, response rates, and secured links utilizing a CRM or tracking sheet.
• Assist in affiliate link-building initiatives by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding potential affiliate partners (bloggers, review sites, comparison sites, influencers).
• Aid in the daily management of the affiliate program, which includes partner communication, sharing assets and links, and addressing partner inquiries.
• Supervise affiliate placements and links to ensure accuracy, proper attribution, and adherence to brand and program guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with existing affiliates to foster ongoing promotion and content updates.
• Track and report outreach volume, acquired links and citations, affiliate signups, and overall link/domain metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the content team to align outreach objectives with published content and campaign priorities.
• Report progress and outcomes to the Content Team Lead and VP of Marketing.
• Remain informed about SEO best practices, Google guidelines, and link-building trends to ensure tactics are effective and compliant.
• Basic comprehension of SEO fundamentals, including the significance of backlinks, citations, domain authority, and anchor text.
• Practical knowledge of link-building strategies (guest posting, directory/citation building, digital PR, broken-link building, outreach).
• Excellent written English and personalized, professional outreach/email communication capabilities.
• Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple outreach campaigns and follow-ups concurrently.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and prospecting/tracking tools; a self-starter who is persistent and goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz) and/or affiliate platforms is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in outreach, SEO, affiliate marketing, sales development, or digital PR is a plus but not mandatory.
