Linguistic Validation, eCOA Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop, monitor, and report on project schedules.

• Oversee project budgets and authorize invoices.

• Generate and disseminate status, tracking, and financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.

• Prepare and deliver project updates during internal and external meetings.

• Manage specific sub-projects or designated components of the project/program.

• Contribute to proposal development and participate in sales/proposal presentations.

• Collaborate with project resources both within the organization and externally.

• Provide insights for project proposals and RFP submissions.

• Ensure compliance with established processes, policies, procedures, and project timeline metrics.

• Act as a secondary contact for internal Project Managers.

• Identify and negotiate work that falls outside the project scope.

• Monitor project deliverables and invoicing, taking responsibility for financial reporting related to the project.

• Hold regular meetings with team members to discuss project tasks and ensure milestones are achieved.

• Collaborate with fellow Project Managers to create and implement process enhancements.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven track record of delivering results that meet quality and timeline standards.

• Effective teamwork skills.

• Exceptional customer service proficiency.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in software and computer applications, including MS Office Suite.

• Capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.

• Must currently reside in the United States.
