Line Manager, Site Contracts Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and provide support to Precision’s FSP Contract Management Team, as well as drive business development and growth for FSP Site Contracts.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that the FSP Site Contracts Team has all necessary tools to deliver Site Contracts in the shortest timeframe possible.

• Play a vital role in ensuring that all deliverables from the FSP Site Contracts Team align with the established FSP framework.

• Assist in contract negotiations as required and engage with key FSP clients.

• Contribute to corporate strategic initiatives for the Start Up group, including FSP business development, and be an integral part of the SSU Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare field.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Site Contracts departments within Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) and FSP as a service delivery model.

• Proven experience in people management.
