Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist – Subject Matter Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and assess a thorough LXMO/LMRT curriculum that aligns with ARRT’s Limited Scope of Practice in Radiography exam and competency benchmarks.

• Analyze instructional materials for precision in relation to certification competencies.

• Work in partnership with program managers, content creators, and the internal Stepful team to ensure learning objectives are consistent with ARRT exam domains and subdomains.

• Offer continuous evaluation and feedback to enhance the curriculum and promote student achievement.

• Suggest evidence-based teaching methods suitable for both synchronous and asynchronous online formats.

• Examine assessment tools to reflect ARRT’s testing structure and cognitive complexity.

• Keep up-to-date with ARRT exam revisions and industry-leading practices in Limited Scope Radiography.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing and overseeing LXMO/LMRT curriculum that corresponds with ARRT’s Limited Scope of Practice in Radiography exam and, where applicable, state-level competency standards.

• Previous experience in producing synchronous and asynchronous online educational content.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Radiography, Radiography education, or program management.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health sciences, education, or a related discipline.

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills across various functions.

• Knowledge of instructional design principles, learning management systems, and competency-based education.
