Light Equipment Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various types of construction machinery.

• Support the team with concrete placement, shaft excavation, and rebar cage installation when not operating machinery.

• Capable of lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs and adept at navigating uneven terrain.

• Exhibit physical flexibility by lifting arms above shoulder height and performing repetitive bending, reaching, turning, and twisting movements.

• Able to work effectively in both extreme heat and cold, ensuring the continuity of projects.

• Previous experience on construction sites is essential.

• A valid driver's license is preferred.

• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including overtime and weekend shifts.
