This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will manage a portfolio of 4–6 lifestyle accounts, featuring either high-AOV or a significant SKU count in consumer durables.
• Acting as the primary strategic partner for your clients on a daily basis, you will take ownership of the performance narrative, pinpoint growth opportunities, and align all marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• The ideal candidate will be a proficient cross-channel marketer and communicator, capable of translating data into actionable insights, guiding internal teams, and establishing trust with clients.
• This essential role focuses on ensuring that accounts operate efficiently while generating substantial business impact.
• As an AAD, you will lead the daily strategic efforts for Lifestyle clients, ensuring that marketing initiatives reflect comprehensive performance across extended purchase cycles and thoughtful buying behaviors.
• You will assist clients in navigating awareness, consideration, and conversion strategies, enabling them to comprehend performance beyond last-click attribution.
• Collaborating with Project Managers, you will ensure that execution remains on schedule while working with the Account Director to enhance quarterly strategies and long-term growth plans.
• 4–7 years of experience in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing, including day-to-day client relationship management.
• A solid understanding of full-funnel strategies: the interactions between awareness, consideration, and conversion channels, as well as common measurement gaps.
• Familiarity with the limitations of multi-touch attribution, including the ability to articulate what last-touch metrics overlook.
• Knowledge of upper-funnel channels (such as content, SEO, YouTube, and programmatic) at a practical level.
• Previous experience working with brands where creative quality and storytelling serve as competitive advantages.
• Experience in managing clients through extended measurement cycles while maintaining their confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey a complex, multi-channel performance narrative in an understandable manner to non-technical clients.
