📋 Description

• Implement AI technologies to improve and streamline business operations.

• Utilize and maximize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem relevant to your division.

• Conduct quarterly Power Circuit reviews to identify growth limitations across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels, and Measurement, paying close attention to the purchase cycle duration and channel performance during the consideration stage.

• Manage the senior client relationship; QBRs should simplify multi-touch attribution complexities into actionable insights for operators.

• Develop multi-threaded relationships to ensure that no single point of contact's departure jeopardizes the account.

• Advise on comprehensive funnel strategy: examining how awareness, consideration, and conversion channels interact, and pinpointing where constraints exist.

• Align paid, SEO, content, email, and creative teams around a cohesive account strategy.

• Oversee retention and expansion efforts; lead renewal initiatives; increase MRR.

• Cultivate multi-threaded relationships with various layers of client contacts to safeguard accounts against risks from a single point of contact leaving.

• Utilize Iris and Nova daily; proactively identify issues before they reach clients.

• Supervise and mentor 1–2 direct reports — conduct regular one-on-one meetings, create development plans, and manage their performance reviews.

• Provide coaching to analysts and specialists; deliver direct feedback.

• Maintain a Pulse cadence of 100%.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing for high-AOV consumer goods, on either agency or brand side.

• Comprehends the economics behind considered purchases, including longer CAC payback periods, elevated LTV ceilings, and their implications for media investment strategies.

• Proficient in upper-funnel channel strategies such as content, SEO, YouTube, and programmatic, and able to advocate for these in a ROAS-focused client environment.

• Comfortable navigating measurement complexities, including multi-touch attribution limitations, view-through attribution, and the appropriate use of MMM.

• Experienced with brands where creative quality and storytelling serve as competitive advantages.

• Proven history of retaining and expanding accounts.

• Experienced in managing clients with prolonged sales cycles and adept at structuring reports around leading indicators, rather than solely relying on last-touch conversions.
