This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create and format emails in Klaviyo utilizing provided creative assets, copy, and brand guidelines.
• Set up and deploy SMS campaigns and automations.
• Develop and maintain Klaviyo flows along with automation logic.
• Establish triggers, splits, filters, delays, and conditional logic.
• Conduct quality assurance on campaigns and flows to ensure accuracy prior to deployment.
• Test mobile and desktop email rendering on various devices and inboxes.
• Configure dynamic content blocks, product feeds, and personalized content.
• Build and troubleshoot audience segments and lists.
• Implement hide/show logic and conditional content within emails.
• Schedule and deploy campaigns and flows accurately and punctually.
• Ensure all links, tracking, personalization, and assets operate correctly.
• Collaborate closely with Lifecycle Marketing Strategists and Specialists.
• Maintain organization and documentation across multiple accounts and deliverables.
• 3-5 years of practical experience working in Klaviyo.
• Background in supporting ecommerce and DTC brands.
• Strong grasp of lifecycle marketing operations and execution.
• Experience in building campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, Attentive, and other email service providers (ESPs).
• Proficiency in SMS marketing execution within Klaviyo, Attentive, and other ESPs.
• In-depth understanding of Klaviyo flow logic and automation structure.
• Strong knowledge of:
• - Conditional splits.
• - Trigger filters.
• - Dynamic product feeds.
• - Segmentation.
• - Hide/show logic.
• - Dynamic variables and personalization.
• - Email rendering best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email is a significant advantage.
• Experience with Shopify integrations is preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Capable of adhering to processes and quality assurance standards consistently.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Reliable and responsive.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• This position is an independent contractor engagement and does not include employee benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, bonuses, equity, or other employee-related programs.
• Expected hours range from 20 to 40 per week, depending on the organizational and departmental needs.
• Availability during 9 AM - 5 PM EST hours is required.
