This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the custodian of employment terms and agreements while supporting Senior Specialists and Experts on intricate projects, including the implementation and advisory roles regarding employment law modifications stemming from Collective Bargaining Agreement revisions.
• Accurately draft, customize, and manage all employee lifecycle documents for both internal and external staff of Remote throughout the employment journey, which includes but is not limited to the issuance of amendments to Employment agreements, Employment documents, Letters, and Employment Forms as required by Remote's global HR team.
• Provide counsel on employment legislation and offer insights on both simple and complex legal interpretations specified in employment agreements, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and employees.
• Collaborate with and coordinate various internal and external stakeholders to guarantee compliance in employee lifecycle processes, including payroll, legal counsel, governmental agencies, and trade unions.
• Support Senior Specialists in managing critical initiatives that affect numerous employees across different countries and assist in HR and financial audits to ensure adherence to local employment regulations.
• Create and update global internal documentation regarding Contracts Management in response to legislative changes, utilized by all internal teams. Proactively respond to internal and external inquiries on all employment-related matters in partnership with Lifecycle's internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and contribute to improvements in processes, automation, product development, and the overall experience for customers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Safeguard and manage employee data and confidential information, following established protocols while ensuring the highest level of professionalism and discretion in handling such information.
• Exhibit proven experience with a robust background in managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance; providing thorough HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
• Showcase exceptional communication, influencing, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to lead challenging discussions towards positive outcomes, especially where conflicting interests are involved, while upholding professionalism and strict confidentiality.
• Hold advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English at a business level, with knowledge of additional languages considered advantageous.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and skill in innovating and optimizing processes, consistently identifying and executing opportunities for automation and promoting best practices.
• Show efficiency in operations, recognizing the significance of meticulous documentation and data integrity.
• Be tech-savvy, capable of collaborating asynchronously across various platforms and adapting to new and evolving systems.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within an international team in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment with multiple priorities, and willing to work flexible hours as required.
• Familiarity with communication, documentation, and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
