This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Oversee activities, resources, equipment, and information pertaining to Life Cycle Services orders.
• Collaborate with clients and Lifecycle Services team members to establish and clarify project requirements and shipping timelines.
• Ensure the necessary client authorizations are secured prior to order entry.
• Input sales orders into the company’s accounting system and work with buyers to guarantee purchase orders are issued to vendors and shipments are managed.
• Address clients’ needs as the project progresses.
• Engage with clients and vendors to generate orders, invoices, and to follow up on overdue deliverables.
• Monitor and track the status of specific jobs related to warranty parts orders and assist in organizing part returns and closing sales orders.
• Prepare all required legal documents associated with specific jobs.
• Reconcile all finalized jobs and submit them for invoicing.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide support in collections as needed.
• Participate in cross-training with the Automation Project Coordinator.
• Generate reports as requested.
• Engage in company process improvement initiatives as directed by management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
