• Assist the Employee Relations and Transitions team with daily operational challenges.
• Responsibilities encompass workflow design, process enhancement, tooling, automation, data management, knowledge management, and the development and upkeep of standard operating procedures.
• Serve as the primary contact for process, data, and technology operational requirements within ER&T.
• Aid in accelerating Remote’s implementation of practical and secure AI applications within ER&T.
• Identify high-impact use cases, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for delivery, and assist the team in enhancing AI fluency through clear guidance, playbooks, and regulations.
• Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Operations: Employee Relations & Transitions.
• Proven and significant experience in a high-volume, complex tech-enabled operational team across various global regions and countries.
• Strong technical proficiency in workflow and data processing systems, with a mindset geared towards automation.
• Hands-on experience in identifying, piloting, and scaling AI-enabled workflows, including tools based on prompts, knowledge retrieval, summarization, and decision support, with a strong emphasis on quality, privacy, and risk management.
• Ability to define success metrics for AI initiatives and assess outcomes, including cycle time reduction, quality enhancements, and risk mitigation.
• A productivity advocate who consistently seeks opportunities to enhance and expedite the team’s work, demonstrating a proactive approach towards continuous operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to design and execute operational workflows that enhance efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced experience in data analysis using data and BI tools, particularly focused on operational metrics.
• Capable of transitioning from “scout to scale,” successfully initiating projects with minimal management oversight.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently lead difficult conversations and achieve positive outcomes.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
• While remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered an advantage.
